The
first
Fall
session
has
come
to
an
end
and
what
a
success
it
was!!
Things
looked
a
little
different
for
lessons,
but
as
the
session
went
on
we
realized
how
much
we
needed
to
implement
this
change.
We
started
the
session
with
Pistol
and
Molly
being
our
main
riding
horses.
Malchi's
riding
abilities
were
limited
due
to
a
few
aging
ailments.
So
we
decided
to
add
Justice,
our
amazing
Equicizer,
into
lessons
and
WOW
what
a
difference
he
made
in
our
riders.
After
a
10-15
minute
warm
up
on
him
they
were
much
more
balanced,
centered
and
connected
when
they
got
on
their
horse
for
the
lesson.
While
one
rider
was
warming
up
on
Justice
the
other
rider
was
brushing
Hershel
or
Ducky.
We
also
added
ground
lessons
of
understanding
how
to
maneuver
the
horse
out
of
the
saddle.
By
the
end
of
the
session
Hershel
(Instructor
Jennifer
Stoudemire
's
personal
Marsh
Tacky)
was
happy
to
start
carrying
some
of
our
riders
because
they
learned
how
sensitive
he
was
from
the
ground
and
how
careful
they
had
to
be
with
their
reins
in
the
saddle.
Ducky
is
still
working
on
becoming
a
riding
horse,
but
he
is
making
progress.
One
of
the best sessions ever!
